Ashford Casa Bella Apartments

Image being without HOT WATER for days!! 12/30 12/31 1/1 1/2. Just imagine going into your NEW YEAR with no HOT water, having to boil water to take a bath or wash your dishes SMH, and the office will be closed until January 2nd 2024. These slum lords have no care in the world. Guess it's pay your rent and deal with whatever happens. It's just getting worse and worse over here. But they keep the front clean by the office. So the new people who come to check out the apartments think its ok around here. Pool always closed in Summer, dumpster always full with trash all on the ground around dumpster. SEWAGE pipes always busted with waste everywhere. Plus they take forever to fix something. Please look around the complex before you sign your lease. And it's a bad rat and roach problem also other neighbors have informed me of. And it's a lot of empty apartments open that local crackheads are going in and out at night. But since the office employees just sit in the office and don't walk the property they don't see the pulled off window screens and open doors. It really feels good knowing people get to live for free, while tenants get harassed for dumb stuff likes what's on your porch THE COMPLEX need 3 trash bins per trash area ITS TO MANY PEOPLE IN THE COMPLEX for only 2 trash bins at each trash area. Stop being cheap and get more dumpsters or pay for more pick ups a week!!! Some buildings have no lights at night which makes the area dangerous and unsafe to walk through. Get it together and please give people new blinds if they have lived at the property more then a year it makes the buildings look so tacky with all the raggedy blinds I hate I had to leave a 1 star

Let me start off with how me and my family were welcomed in this so called great community called Ashford Casa Bella Apartments, So on the day we have to move in to our new apartment, we show up with our truck and were told that your apartment is not ready yet as the maintenance team is still painting the walls as of now, and you will have to move in tomorrow. which was a total lie, when we went and checked the apartment with one of their staff. The apartment was exactly in the same situation as we saw in a month ago. So their management proposed to move into another apartment which was partially ready. (SO JUST TO THINK ABOUT IT, THEY ACUTALLY HAD THE TIME TO WORK ON AN APARTMENT WHICH WAS NOT EVEN LEASED AND DIDNT WORK ON THE ONE THAT TENANTS WERE SUPPOSE TO MOVE IN) also putting into consideration that I paid our rent 2 days before we were suppose to be move in and as per our agreement with the leasing office we had paid our deposit/ Signed the contract and booked the apartment about a month in advance. Finally I was left with no choice and had to move in the worse parts of the community in the back with all the trash around. And an apartment which was partially ready, means broken handles on the kitchen cabinet and toilets, leaks, power sockets not working, paint jobs, vents so dirty that you cant turn in the AC, as the smell was so bad as if there is a dead rat in it. Anyways 1st day we moved in and tried to settle down, 2nd day I provided the snags list the management office to repair and fix things in the apartment. (GUESS WHAT THEY TOOK THE LIST AND DID NOTHING AS OF NOW, WHICH IS THE 10th DAY OF OUR STAY) I have called and have put in maintenance requests like 3 times to fix the leaks and other stuff, but nothing happened. Now for the second part, The trash bins are empty because people don't use them, they throw their trash everywhere around the community, there is dog poop all over the place, Junkies walking around the community as its their home. (THATS BECAUSE THE COMMUNITY MAIN ENTRANCE IS ALWAYS OPEN AND THERE IS NO SECUIRTY, HELL WE DIDNT EVEN GET OUR ACCESS CARDS OR ANY TYPE OF KEY TO ACCESS THE MAIN ENTRANCE, THATS BECAUSE ITS FREE ACCESS TO ALL) 3rd part, people smoking weed all night, that's not my problem as it may be legalized in Texas or something and I don't care what people do in their homes, as long as they don't brother me and my family. But still a concern as I have my kids around. 4th part, maintenance never showed up ever as I mentioned, and neither did the management. (I MEAN JUST AS A CONCERN TO CHECK HOW OUR NEW TENANTS ARE DOING, JUST TO ASK IS EVERYTHING OK- BUT NO) so I decided to clean the patio and guess what I find a bullet shell, glad my kids didn't have to see that. Oh and don't forget about the lizards all over the place, they are like thousands of them crawling all over the grass and patios. Well anyways I hope this review will put a statement to the management and they will take some serious actions and address these concerns.

My neighbors play loud music at all hours of the day and night and the leasing office has done nothing. I call the office, they don't answer, so I leave messages, which they never return. The leasing office does not respond to my emails or messages in the resident portal. I have been disappointed in this complex and I look forward to leaving. Leaving zero stars was not an option The residents of 811 and playing music and their numerous kids are in the stairs yelling. It is midnight, which is past the 10 pm curfew. Please give them a lease violation ASAP. This is unacceptable!

Mrs. Rocio has helped me get my first official apartment with a great deal!! Her patients is a virtue and will work with you even if you are in a bind and need to move in asap!!! She is a blessing and the best leading apartment agent I have met!! And I’ve been to a few in looking for an apartment. Come see her if you’re wanting to move in the Casa Bellas apartments!! Again I can not thank her enough!!

This place is a piece of trash. They never answer the phone. They never fix stuff, they have a trash problem. The grass doesn’t grow. The pool is always green. They NEVER answer the phone. The whole building needs to be torn down. When I say don’t move into this place. I mean that with my whole heart I put it on my daughter, do NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE.
